Chia seeds are tiny powerhouses, packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, and protein, aiding in digestion and providing lasting energy. Paired with the antioxidants and vitamins from fresh raspberries, this porridge is not just a breakfast, but a nourishing start to your day.

Ingredients:
- 25g Raw Porridge Oats
- 180ml Water
- 50ml SMASH Cashew Nut Milk
- 5g Chia Seeds
- 6 Raspberries
You will need:
- Weighing scales
- Saucepan
- Measuring jug
- Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Weigh out the porridge oats and place into the bottom of the saucepan
- Add the water to it and place on the hob
- Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat
- Simmer until all the water has been absorbed
- Pour into a bowl
- Pour SMASH Cashew Nut Milk around the edges of the porridge
- Sprinkle chia seeds onto the top
- Add washed raspberries
