It is hard to believe that this time 2 weeks it will be Christmas Day. Have you got everything organised? Me?? I have nothing done yet.. I really need to get my skates on lol!!
Christmas is such a busy time and it is a time that we can let our health and wellness slip. There are so many processed foods about, lots of alcohol and very little sleep. These things can play havoc with our bodies. Make sure that you listen to your body and know when to rest and eat something that is a little/lot less processed.
How can you survive Christmas week without feeling absolutely crap at the start of 2020? Well, read my tips below and you will be feeling fabulous!!
If you are going to over do it over the holiday period 😉🎅🎄 your body may need a little bit of extra help in order to cope. I highly recommend the following products to ease the burden on your body.
COALZ - this activated charcoal will help to detox your body as it scavenges it for any unnecessary toxins that might be there.
LIGAWHIZ - this herbal supplement is designed to support the liver. It is great for times of over indulgence especially when it comes to alcohol and rich foods. By supporting it, you are putting less pressure on your detoxification systems
Vibracell - this vitamin and mineral liquid supplement is perfect to keep the body ticking over during the holidays. It is brilliant at boosting the immune system which is so important at this time of the year, as the body tries to cope with all the extra pressures (bugs/flu/colds/indoor heating/lack of exercise)
